Do you have shock absorbers or power steering pumps in stock?
The majority of our products are readily available in stock. Nevertheless, in the case of bulk orders, we will have to readjust our production schedule in accordance with the specific requirements of your order. Can I get a free sample?
We do offer free samples under certain conditions. For example, if you’re a serious potential customer with a clear business plan and are likely to place a large order in the future, we can consider providing a free sample. However, you may need to pay for the shipping cost. If you don’t meet these criteria, we can still provide samples at a cost, which will be deducted from your future order if you decide to buy.
If we place a large order, how much discount can you offer us?

Our standard delivery schedule is like this: In the event that the factory has the goods in stock, we’ll arrange for immediate shipment upon receipt of your payment. Whereas, if the items are not in stock at the factory, shipment will be made within 30 to 45 days subsequent to our receipt of your deposit. It should be emphasized that this timeframe might be subject to adjustments in light of the order volume and production arrangements. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll get in touch with you at the earliest opportunity to confirm the precise delivery date.
Can you expedite the delivery if we need the products urgently?

What's your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity stipulated for our power steering pumps is 10 pieces, while for shock absorbers, it is 5 sets. Admittedly, should your order be of a small quantity and encompass a diverse range of products, the pricing might be on the higher side in contrast to bulk orders. Nevertheless, exceptions exist for those products that our factory has been churning out over an extended period and which are consistently available in stock. The packaging fees are already included in the product price you see. We use standard export cartons and proper cushioning materials to ensure safe transportation, and this cost is factored in. However, shipping fees will vary depending on the shipping method you choose and the destination. We’ll provide you with a detailed shipping cost quote when you finalize your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), PayPal, and L/C (Letter of Credit). Is it possible to pay after delivery?

Do you handle customs clearance? What kind of support do you provide?
We can provide customs clearance assistance. We will supply all necessary documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. However, in most cases, the actual customs clearance is the responsibility of the importer. But we will do our utmost to make this process as smooth as possible for you by providing accurate and complete documents.
How do you package the products to ensure they won't be damaged during transportation?
We use high-quality packaging materials. In the case of products susceptible to rust, like power steering pumps and shock absorbers, every single piece will undergo hermetic sealing and anti-rust treatment. Moreover, each product will initially be enfolded in shock-absorbing bubble wrap before being carefully positioned into custom-made, thickened cardboard boxes. These boxes will be sealed securely. You can set your mind at ease knowing that your products will reach you intact and in pristine condition.
Can you design the packaging according to our brand style?
Absolutely! We offer custom packaging services. You just need to provide us with your logo in high-resolution vector format, and we’ll take care of the rest. Our design team will work on integrating it beautifully onto the packaging. There will be an extra charge for this service depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity of packaging needed, but we’ll give you a detailed quote once we have all the information.

Currently, our production facility is equipped to produce up to 30,000 power steering pumps and 2,000 sets of shock absorbers per month. This capacity allows us to handle both small and large orders efficiently. However, during peak seasons, production might be slightly adjusted based on the overall order volume. But rest assured, we always strive to meet our customers’ deadlines. If you have a specific quantity in mind, we can further discuss the production schedule and delivery timeline.

How long is your warranty period?
For most of our products, the warranty period is one year. During this time, we cover any manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear and improper use are not covered. To make a warranty claim, you need to provide proof of purchase and describe the problem in detail. We’ll handle it promptly and efficiently.
Can I get exclusive rights to sell your products in a certain area?
We do offer exclusive distribution agreements under certain circumstances. If you have the resources, market reach, and a solid business plan to promote our products effectively in a particular area, we can discuss an exclusive deal. This would involve terms like minimum sales volume commitments, marketing obligations, and a defined territory. What is your product return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with the product within 7 days of receipt, and the product is in its original condition, you can return it. You need to contact our customer service first to obtain a return authorization number. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund or replacement according to your preference. Please note that custom-made products and products damaged due to improper use are generally not eligible for return. Usually, the logistics costs incurred by returned goods need to be borne by yourself.
